When the headset is connected for the first time, if it is not operated correctly, the headset may not be paired successfully. This will only cause one of the headphones to emit sound, not at the same time. Please follow the steps below to solve the problem.
1. Delete the connected F10 headset in the phone’s Bluetooth settings;
